Local Giveaway :: dpHUE

dpHUE is right up my alley. I went to visit dpHUE a few weeks ago and discovered a brand new & innovative way to color my hair. This coming from someone who’s had my hair dyed any way and every way possible. Think utmost quality product and salon-type results at home, on your own time, at a much lower cost. I got a color consult with a beauty professional, after which they gave me a custom color kit that I took home with me. They walked me through every step of the way and left super clear instructions. When I got home, the process was a piece of cake. And the color turned out beautifully!
Check out the video below of my visit to dpHUE!

3 lucky locals will win a dpHUE Custom Color Kit ($38-45 value). This can be redeemed within 3 months at one of their two stores:

In the meantime, any one of you can get 10% off your dpHUE purchase by mentioning Ruby Girl.

*dpHUE uses the least hash chemicals they can in order to still achieve permanent hair color. Because of this, they can’t take someone from brunette to blonde, they stay within 1 level lighter and darker than your natural color.

  1. Oh my gosh – I am totally in need of this! All morning I have been thinking, what on earth am I going to do with my hair color – it needs to be freshened up REAL bad!! Lucky for me I am a local, now here's to hoping I get to be one of the lucky local ladies!
    Much love,
    B

  2. This sounds AWESOME.

Here's an embarrassing hair story. The day before my senior year of high school I bought a box of Herbal Essences hair dye. I'd dyed my hair a lot before so didn't bother with a strand test. Long story short, I ended up with pumpkin orange hair.

It took 2 boxes of dark brown dye and my hair was still a really dark red. HORRIBLE.

  3. Love your hair color! I've been thinking that I need to change up my routine, maybe this is the answer to my hair problems!

  4. I've love to be a red head again but I have yet to find a color that works well… most are too RED RED or just too deep (purpleish). This sounds like the deal of a life time to have the gals make it just for me and not just a box dye!

  5. I've been contemplating coloring my hair for the first time. Based on your positive experience this could be the route I go!

  6. I like the helpful information you provide in your articles.

I will bookmark your weblog and take a look at again here regularly.

  7. i have never colored my hair, and if i did would only want to go slightly in one direction or the other, so this seems like the perfect opportunity to give that a try!

  8. I am wondering where you got that white necklace in the pic above? If it is available online somewhere I would love it if you let me know!

  9. What a great giveaway! I'm a local and love a good hair salon, so I'll definitely have to check this place out in the future. That is awesome that you get a hair kit to take home, how helpful!

Love your new hair color too. 😀

    Always,
    Mostly Lisa
