I’m a major Target fan… it’s basically my second-most frequented place besides you know, home. So when I heard they were launching a new line of denim, on-trend and made with real bodies in mind, I knew I had to give it a try. I was so pleased to work with Target on this project and rock Target denim for 14 days. I tried 3 different styles and as you can see from above, styled them a lot of different ways and ended up loving them all for different reasons.
The mid-rise skinny was my favorite. I love the coloring of the wash and the placement of the fading. I also thought the slightly cropped length was flattering for my body type. They fit like a glove, which gives the jeans a custom-feel and made them look designer!
I also really liked the mid-rise straight. I was hesitant at first because I’m so used to skinny jeans at this point. But I rolled the hem and it ended up having a really fresh, casual, boyfriend-jean effect. It did seem to shorten my legs a bit so I counteracted the proportions by wearing heels sometimes and longer shirts other times.
The high-rise jegging was comfortable and slimming. It could go with so many of my shirts and accessories. Because of that, it was really easy to style. The dark wash was a flattering color. And the stretchy fabric made it wearable for the entire day.
Right now Target has a special deal going on where you can go try on a pair of jeans and get $10 off. Considering the jeans are already very reasonably-priced, this makes them all the more alluring. I recommend trying a few pairs and a few different styles. You never know which is going to be your next go-to.
